Bio Sketch
Ivana Ognjanović completed her PhD in the field of software engineering at University of Belgrade, Serbia (co-supervised by Prof. Dragan Gašević, Canada Chair in semantic technologies). She was a Vice Dean for education at Faculty of Information Technology, Mediterranean University (2010-2013).
Her R&D experience is gained by working as research assistant at Athabasca University, Canada (July-December 2012) and participation in research projects led by Athabasca University and the University of British Columbia (2010-2011). Additionally, she was involved in realization of three completed and two cur-rently ongoing TEMPUS projects; SEE-ERA.Net project, projects at national level and many others. Recently (June 2014), she became a member of the Center of young scientists at Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts.
Her activities are also focused on national level, since she is NCP ICT for HORIZON 2020, IDEALIST (since 2012), and a member of a team for creation of Montenegrin Roadmap for Research infrastructures (2014-2020) named by the Ministry of Science. In 2016, she is representative of Montenegro at prestigious 2016 Young Transatlantic Innovation Leadership Initiative (Y-TILI) and GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUMMIT 2016.
